Ages: Adult, Teens 14+, younger ages with instructor permission

About: Class begins with a comprehensive warm up and moves into aesthetic combinations with spaces for improv and creative choice-making. Efficiency of movement and openness of spirit guide this class for adults who are exploring the art of modern dance.

Dress Code: Clothes that are comfortable and safe to move in, long hair pulled back, no loose, dangly jewelry

Days and Times: Monday 7:15-8:30 PM with Lydia Hance – this is an all-ages dance class and families are encouraged to join.

Thursday 7:00-8:15 PM with Jamie Williams

Sunday 10:00-11:30 AM with Alisa Mittin – this class meets at the studio with field trips to dance outdoors. Field trips will be announced in class and on social media. Please email kerri.lyons.neimeyer@framedance.org to check location.

Dates: Spring classes held January 10-May 1, no class the week of Spring Break (March 14-20)
